LEVELLING UP PROGRAMME MANAGER

Rutland Council

Leading a £30m Levelling Up programme covering six projects across two authorities, including governance and finance approvals, design teams, a £5m healthcare facility, £2m transport access hub, £13m Stockyard development and £2m+ tourism investment.

REGENERATION & TOWNS FUND LEAD

Bradford Council

Led delivery during the critical transition between government approval and implementation across £60m Town Deals, including the £21m Development Investment Fund leveraging over £80m partnership funding, alongside governance, assurance and stakeholder leadership.
